This month, we present … ta-da!
JESSICA
Everyone knows “Jess” as she’s been with Crêpes à GoGo since September2007. She did not speak English fluently then and was so shy, she would stay behind the crêpières most of her shifts. Since then, she has mastered the language, the crêpes, the café routines, and is one of our stellar chefs… Always impeccable, elegant and hardworking!
Originally from Portugal, Jessica was raised in France before coming to Canada. She is the proud mother of a 2 year-old boy which is why we missed her when, in 2008, she enjoyed her maternity leave.
Jessica could not stay away from us for too long and now that she’s back, she is in charge of training.
We are lucky to have her with us and as she really knows everything about Crêpes à GoGo…you can ask her just about everything!
Over the years, we’ve had our “chouchous”… but most went back to France or to study full-time and we had to painfully part from them. They joined us for one year as Foreign Students on a Work/Travel visa, or they came to us as local co-op students who graduated and went on to other and better projects. Valérie and Constance are such students who arrived at Crêpes à GoGo at the age of 14 and still come to help us at times even though their university program keeps them out of the loop.
